Richard found a FANTASTIC deal on our new oceanfront condo in Pompano Beach! This was the lowest priced sale in the building for years. The Atlantic Ocean view is mesmerizing from the 19th floor. Not only that, but he also helped us find contractors for the renovations we wanted. He even met them with us to make sure the bids were not out of line. Now every year when we come to town, Richard shows us around town to see the changes in the area and new restaurants that have opened since we were here last year. We go out to dinner at least twice while we’re in town. He is simply the best!
