The Foundry Lofts

The Foundry Lofts are another of the unique buildings in the Flagler Village area just North of downtown Fort Lauderdale. With only 36 condo units, the complex is more of a boutique property than the downtown high rises. The units were designed to have an industrial New York loft style with details like exposed duct work, open floor plans and exposed walls. The higher than average ceilings give the condos an open feeling that you often lose with the high-rise condos. Few come on the market because of how few units there are, but they are worth the wait if you want that loft aesthetic.
