Strada 315

Strada 315 was among the first condominiums built in the Flagler Village area in 2007. Now its one of the hottest areas for young professionals to congregate at the area’s hip restaurants, craft breweries and funky shops. Buildings are going up all around downtown, but most are rental buildings. This should only enhance the value of Strada 315 since the new buildings are all very high end and youth oriented. Condos generally go in the $300ks – $500ks and are 1200 – 1600 square feet on average under air. The building is just North of downtown, which allows for some spectacular nighttime skyline views.
