Sole is one of the few resale condo buildings in very popular Flagler Village. New construction is all around the building, but most are of upscale rental complexes. The target market is young professionals and the units are priced well from $200k – $325ks. Many are one-bedroom units which is unusual for Fort Lauderdale condominiums, but popular with first time buyers. Sole’s condos range in size from 700 – 1440 square feet for the larger models. Filled with amenities that cater to owner residents, this condo’s appeal is easy to see. Amenities include pool, hot tub, BBQ area, Zen garden, fitness center and a rooftop deck.
