Ocean Lane Villas

Ocean Lane Villas is one of the smallest condo co-op complexes in the Harbor Beach area. Units are only two stories and there are only 22 condo units. They have an amazing oceanfront location that is just steps to one of the widest parts of Fort Lauderdale Beach. The grounds are perfectly manicured the whole complex seems like its from another time. Built in 1956, this is one of the original complexes on the beach. They are one of the very few co-ops in Fort Lauderdale. The co-op form of ownership is different than a regular condominium in that you receive a share of co-op stock instead of a deed. Most banks do not loan on co-ops, so units are usually purchased cash.
