Bamboo Flats is not a traditional condo complex, but rather a fee simple townhouse complex with 57 units. Its located on the edge of Flagler Village, just North of downtown Fort Lauderdale. The developers were ahead of their time with Bamboo Flats four-story design, which includes a rooftop deck area for most units. The green glass tinted windows and white walls seem a bit like a modern twist on the classic mountainside houses in Santorini. With all the new construction in Flagler Village, this complex feels more connected to the downtown. Townhouses range from the low $300ks up to the $600ks for oversized units.
