Atlantic Towers

Atlantic Towers was among the first condos near Port Everglades entrance built back in 1961. The units are generally more compact that most condos ranging from 805-1329 square feet. It is also one of the few co-ops in left Fort Lauderdale. The co-op form of ownership is different than a regular condominium in that you receive a share of co-op stock instead of a deed. Most banks do not loan on co-ops, so units are usually purchased cash. This often keeps the prices a bit lower than true condominiums that you can put bank loans on. The prices in Atlantic Towers run from 200k – 350k.
